4/26 Folk & Fiction Event Fast Approaching!

It’s time to mark your calendars if you haven’t already done so.  The next Folk & Fiction Columbus is right around the corner!  The event will take place on Sunday, April 26th from 3-5pm at Java Central Café in Westerville–20 S State St, Westerville, OH 43081.

You won’t want to miss this one. Join the Facebook event here.

We’ve got some fantastic stories lined up.  Brian McHugh will be reading a story called “Go!”, which he had published a couple years ago.  Noell Wolfgram Evans, who has read at a previous F&F event, will be reading a couple of quick, humorous shorts.

We are still in search of one more author to read at this event. If you have a previously published short story, we’d love to give you the opportunity to share it with our audience. Contact chris.minton@ohiowriters.org if you’re interested in reading this Sunday.

On the music side, our theme is “Youth is Served!”  Lauren Tucker (age 14) and Hunter Rich (age 16) are a couple of extraordinarily gifted singer-songwriters who will be performing at the event.  Both are part of the Java Central songwriting circle that is sponsored by the Columbus Songwriters Association, and both will blow you away with their ability.

Folk & Fiction Columbus is free and open to the public. You do NOT need to be a CCC member to attend, so grab a friend and come enjoy some local literature and local music this Sunday.
