Time to start thinking about the Workshop!

Hi all you workshoppers,

I know it’s a little early (this isn’t a call for submissions) but since anthology submissions are being collected this month it’s a good time to start thinking about your workshop stories.

You’ll also want to make sure that when you submit to either the workshop or the anthology, that you are sending them to the right place.

As far as the workshop goes, here’s what you need to know:

When the call for entries goes out that’s your cue to send in what you’ve been writing (except novel chapters–see our guidelines) for consideration. If your work is selected, be prepared for a professional, informative and fun discussion surrounding your work.

All writers are welcome, you do NOT have to be a member to submit work, attend or participate. Remember, you must be present to receive feedback, so please only submit work if you’re confident you can attend.

If you’d like others to review your writing but can’t make it out, you should consider posting to the Writing Feedback section of the CCC forums. They’re a great way to get feedback without having to wait for the workshop to come around.

Log in to your free CCC account for time and place details (or create one here).

And remember, this is not a call for submissions, just a little reminder.  If you’re interested in submitting to the anthology, check out this link to find out all the details.
