Our next Peer Critique workshop will be held in the Cleveland area! And don't fret, it will also be on zoom. If you live in Northeast Ohio, we hope you will stop by and join us. Here are the details if you want to participate:
Submissions are open for the January 4 writing workshop.
Note: the in-person portion of this workshop will be held in Cleveland. It will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the following address:
Cuyahoga County Public Library Strongsville Branch 18700 Westwood Drive Strongsville, OH 44136
As always, the workshop will also be streamed live on Zoom, so you may participate wherever your corporeal presence happens to be at the time.
Please send submissions in PDF form to workshops@ohiowriters.org by end-of-day Monday, December 26. You may submit a short story, novel excerpt, essay, poetry, or anything else you'd like feedback on. Please limit your submissions to 7,000 words, and include a word count at the top of the document.
We will accept the first 10 submissions. You must be present either in person or online to receive feedback, so only submit if you're confident you can attend. You can find the submissions, once we post them, on our website under Workshops > File Share.
If you don’t have a piece but would like to attend, please email us at workshops@ohiowriters.org or RSVP online to let us know. We will make the materials available at least a week prior to the workshop, and will email the Zoom link on January 4 to those who submit/RSVP. Thanks!
